Our creative process combines the work of experienced songwriters and musicians with modern creative technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to help transform your family’s story into a professionally produced Legacy Song. Every song is thoughtfully crafted with human care and artistic oversight.

Please review the following content release statement. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Permission to Create Your Legacy Song

I give Inheritance of Hope permission to use the information, stories, memories, photographs, recordings, and other materials I voluntarily provide to create a custom Legacy Song and any related project materials.

I understand that I should only submit content that I own or have permission to share.

2. Creative Process

I understand that each Legacy Song is created through a collaborative creative process involving professional songwriters, producers, musicians, and creative technologies.

As part of this process, Inheritance of Hope may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools and other emerging technologies to assist with songwriting, arranging, editing, audio production, and related creative tasks. Every Legacy Song is reviewed and guided by human creative oversight.

3. Ownership & Personal Use

I understand that Inheritance of Hope retains ownership of the master recording and underlying production created through this program.

My family will receive a copy of our Legacy Song for personal listening, sharing with family and friends, and personal non-commercial use.

If I wish to commercially distribute or license the recording, I understand that additional written permission from Inheritance of Hope may be required.

4. Content & Media Release

By submitting this application, I grant Inheritance of Hope and its representatives permission to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the information, stories, photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and other materials I provide, as well as the completed Legacy Song and any related content created through this program.

I understand that Inheritance of Hope may use these materials, in whole or in part, with or without attribution, in any media or format now known or later developed, for purposes consistent with its mission, including but not limited to educational, promotional, fundraising, marketing, social media, website, print, video, podcast, and other communications.

I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these materials and that Inheritance of Hope may edit or adapt them as appropriate while preserving the integrity of my family’s story.

If I do not want my Legacy Song, story, photographs, videos, or other submitted materials shared publicly or used for promotional or marketing purposes, I agree to notify Inheritance of Hope in writing before production of my Legacy Song begins. While Inheritance of Hope will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, I understand that content already published or distributed may not be able to be completely removed from all platforms or materials.

I acknowledge that this permission is granted without geographic or time limitations unless otherwise required by law.

5. Program Expectations

I understand that:

• Legacy Songs are provided free of charge through the generosity of donors.
• Song creation timelines may vary based on program capacity.
• Minor revisions may be available, but significant creative changes may not always be possible.
