As the year is winding down to a close, and Christmas will soon be here, it’s a great time to reflect on 2010 accomplishments and 2011 goals.  It’s also an opportunity to express my gratitude towards all who were involved in Team Inheritance of Hope events – whether participating as a donor, a volunteer or an athlete.

To get a good picture of where you are, I believe it is important to reflect on where you have come from.  We began Team Inheritance of Hope in 2009 with 12 athletes.  Now, in 2010, we have blossomed…

Other achievements… Hotel Novotel, NYC, hosts the first NYC Half Marathon Pasta Dinner; Bart Yasso gives Team IOH permission to use hisDSCN3081 training schedule on website for Team IOH athletes; participated in Boston Marathon Expo; major DSC_0343volunteer effort accomplished for Amica Insurance Seattle Marathon…

We participated in races from coast-to-coast and in-between… NYC, Washington DC, Chicago, Monterey Peninsula CA, Disney World…30 degree weather in Florida and 87 degree weather in Chicago!…

New ‘Manage My Team IOH’ module went ‘live’ on the Inheritance of Hope website.  Available to allDSCN3056 athletes … training schedules, manage your donors, Team IOH community…great stuff!
