A 1-minute prompt to help build your legacy

How can you find joy in sorrows?
When facing trials, we often experience a mixture of feelings: fear, sadness, anger, worry, etc.
But what if joy could co-exist with those feelings? What if we could experience jorrow™—joy and sorrow at the same time?
Even in the hard things we face, joy can still be found. It’s found in the moments of laughter shared with a loved one, receiving a simple “how are you doing?” text, sitting outside with the warmth of the sun on your face, catching up with a friend, reflecting on favorite memories, or hugging someone you care about—to name a few ideas.
Whether big or small, joy can be found in sorrow, and has the power to change our perspective and give us courage for whatever we face.
What moments of joy do you see in your life from the past week? Write them down or share with a loved one so you can remember on the hard days.
