O.P. Cooper is an Assistant Professor of Media and Technology at the University of West Georgia.  He received his Doctorate of Education from the University of Georgia.

O.P. has written technology grant proposals for state, federal, and private funding resulting in approximately $2 million awarded to the Carrollton City Schools (GA) District.

O.P. has served on the Inheritance of Hope Board of Directors since its inception in 2008, during which time he has been an invaluable asset to the success and growth of the organization.
