Hi 2011 MCM Team!
I was curious if any of you have plans to run any races over the next few weeks, and if so, where?
I ran the White Squirrel 5K last weekend in Brevard, NC. Didn't see any white squirrels but it was a lot of fun!
Training for a marathon definitely prepares you for 5Ks, 10Ks and more.

I ran a 5K last weekend. Boy, it took it out of me. Am I really planning to run a marathon! On the bright side there were a lot of hills. And I still have 5 months to train!
