Kristen and Deric Milligan have a passion for serving families living with a terminally ill parent that is borne of first-hand experience facing the daily challenges of that situation.

Deric, who serves as Executive Director, holds an M.B.A. (with distinction) from NYU's Stern School of Business. He has a background as a project manager, having led the team responsible for Army halftime productions from 2002-2008.  Prior to that, he was an educator in Florida and Michigan public schools.  Deric also holds degrees from Northwestern University and The University of Michigan. Kristen is an inspirational speaker who has shared her testimony in numerous U.S. states and abroad.  She is the author of three books, including two for children and one for adults.  Kristen holds degrees from Davidson College and Florida State University.
